Committee Description:
European Court of Human Rights, or ECHR for short, is the judicary organ of The European Council, which was founded in 1950. The main objective of ECHR is to ensure and protect the rights of individuals on judical level, takes its base on European Convention on Human Rights.
Between the years of 2013 and 2015, Pavel Vavrička and 5 other 'child applicants' have given their complaints to the ECHR about Czech Republic's vaccination policies. These complaints included such issues like "clashing of fundemental rights and religious beliefs with state policies, lack of vaccination reccomendation, denial to nursery school due to improper vaccination and etc."
In this committee, delegates acting as judges and advocates will discuss the matter regarding the conventions related to the issue and find a better alternative for the judgement of the court.
